A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to cancel at least 24-hours in advance will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled appointment fee. Failure to call or show up for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled appointment fee. Which will be processed on the credit card retained on file.
